1. 14-Day Free Trial

All new users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to their selected plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and you'll be charged.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Nuzy AI, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

To qualify for a refund:

• Request must be made within 7 days of your first charge
• Applies to first-time purchases only (not renewals)
• Account must not have violated our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@nuzyai.com with:

• Your account email address
• Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
• Confirmation that you understand your account will be closed

We process refund requests within 2-3 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund is provided for the remaining days in the current month
• You will not be charged for future months
• Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscription renewals (only first payment qualifies)
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Chargebacks (contact us first to resolve any issues)

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of the billing period but receive no refund for unused days.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we will immediately suspend your account pending resolution. Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any billing issues.

8. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is provided for the difference.

9. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Nuzy AI, contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue. In cases where we cannot resolve a critical service issue within 48 hours, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.

10. Data Deletion

When a refund is processed, your account is closed and your data is scheduled for deletion per our Privacy Policy. Make sure to export any data you need before requesting a refund.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
